Hi all,
I ws wondering if some-one could help me with the following questions.
1. I am on J-1 visa working at NIH as a post-doctoral fellow. I am applying for J-1 HRR waiver via the NOC from the host country.
2. I am an Indian National and was married in India. Unfortunetely, me and my ex-wife both got a divorce here in the US. Both of us were represented by attorneys.
3. I am going to apply for the NORI certificate from US consulate. My question to this forum is has anyone who had been divorced in the US gone through the process of NORI.
4. I wanted to know if this increases the time/ efforts needed to get the clearance from authorities in India.
