Hi, I have a question. I am Malaysian and am renewing my H1B visa end of this month in Kuala Lumpur. I recently paid for my $190 visa fee online (through JomPay- an option the US visa application website provided when I was applying) but didn't receive any confirmation email that my fee went through. I managed to use the Ref-1 number (provided on a deposit slip that I submitted with my payment online) to schedule an appointment and have received the email confirmation of the appointment with the bar code (which means the fee went through.)
As I'm putting together the list of things I need to bring to my interview, it says " fee receipt from AmBank" which I don't have since I paid online through Citibank. Should I bring the bank statement to prove that I paid? I also made a screenshot after my payment was made on the bank website, which I plan to bring as well. Has anyone experienced this issue?
