niw or EB!-OR

HI all
below is my resume
please advise whether i should apply as NIW or EB1-OR category?
I have a PhD in Biomedical SCiences from a US univ
i have about 9 papers
i have about 10 citations
i have strong teaching credentials -4 years for undergraduates
working as a post doc in a Ivy league North east
thats it?
what do u guys advise me?
help me out

Apply for both at the same time.

It increases chances and protects you from getting to a strict officer. Also, put yourself as the petitioner of your NIW (your employer can still write a letter of support). Get a good lawyer or/and study the process very well, including this and particularly old discussion group.

Actually, you can apply for all three - EB1 - EA, OR as well as NIW. As the requirements for NIW tend to be higher, imho, the former two are a lot better. In addition, NIW does not help you escape from the travails of EB2.

I also like to idea of self-petition, esp. for EB1-EA.
