I\'m working at Motorola. My RIR application was intended to be filed in Feb, 2001. Due to the layoffs in last year, all new RIR filings at Motorola were on hold since Feb.2001. Till now I still don\'t when my RIR application can be filed to DOL yet. Anyone in the same situation? Any other companies are facing the same problem? Can anyone name some hi-tech companies that are still able to file RIR now? Thanks.
