Hi,
More than two months ago, USCIS approved the final waiver (I-612) based on NOS. They mailed me the notice, however, Idid,t receive that. I am expecting, they mailed in another address. On July 12, I talked with a representative of national customer service center. She said, I need to file I-824 for a duplicate approval notice.
Anyone have experiences who filed for a duplicate copy of J1 final waiver using I-824? How long it will take? From internet search, I learnt, it is usually applicable for other approval notice (I-129,I-40, I-485 etc.) not for I-612.
Please help!!!!.
