I have applied for L1 B Visa in Nov 2014 which was rejected, i was told to apply in appropriate category.
For new requirement i have applied for B1 (Business) VISA in Aug 2015 which was rejected based on L1 Rejectection.
Still i am working for same company as well as same client , i have got my H1B in lottery and received I797 as well.
Should i Apply for H1B from same company or not ?
Is there any specific time I should wait before applying for H1B ?
