Need help very urgent-H1 transfer without paystubs

Hi,

I have got my H1 visa last yr,and have no job till date(Its been 9 months) . Recently got a full time job offer in Company B and my questions are:

1. I gave my present employer(Company A) all the company B information for which I got project and requested him to give paystubs. Now my employer is threatening me he is saying he will cancel my H1. He cannot give paystubs.

2. If I start working with company B later after sometime If my H1 transfer gets rejected. I will be in big trouble. Will I loose both status?

3.I heard some companies put fake paystubs for H1 transfer. Is there anyone who did like this and what problems do we face if we put fake paystubs. Will it affect current H1 also or only H1 transfer or Do I get arrested or Do I need to go out of the country.

Please help me I got job after lot of trails and I am worst situation. I need job at any cost. My employer is taking advantage of my open mindedness.

There is nothing like fake paystubs ... Yes, a real paystub is required for an H-1B transfer. If the transfer get's rejected you can still have the old H-1B provided the employer A hasn't revoked it.
