My friend came on H-1B through company A and his visa stamp is valid up to July 4th, 2002. Later, he switched to company B after getting the approval and worked for couple of months for company B. He did not send his passport for the visa revalidation with company B before leaving for India after got laid-off. Now he is planning to comeback. Just he is having the original approval letter and he can not get any documents from the company B to get the visa stamped at Chennai Consulate.
Can he come here now, since his first is visa is valid up to July 4th ?
