Hi, I will complete 57 months in 05/2015, my PR in EB2 was approved in 08/2010. Briefly this is my emplnt history:

Company1: Filed LC, I-140 & I-485, I was let go in 07/2009 at the time I-485 (filed during 07/2007 fiasco) was pending more than 180 days, they did NOT withdraw I-140. Was unemployed 4.5 months

Comp2: In a different state 11/2009 thru 05/2010, filed first AC21, resigned and came back to home state.
Took one week break

Comp3: 06/2010 thru 10/2010, filed second AC21 & was let go 7 weeks after PR approval . Found a job after 5+ weeks of unemployment (claimed unemployment as well)

Comp4: 11/2010 thru 02/2014, left this company because it was closing down, joined parent company as below

Comp5: 02/2014 thru 07/2014, resigned since I found a better opportunity with Fortune 500, took 1 week break

Comp6: 08/2014 thru present

All along my job has been in the same field and if I look at my entire job history in The US I have been unemployed just around 4% time wise. Also in the last 57 months I have had 2 traffice tickets (speeder + I rear ended), both the tickets were closed by taking safety class and paying fines (each fine was less than $200)

Can anyone pertinent share their (or their acquaintances) experiences/thoughts if this will pose a problem during N400 app interview considering what happened at Comp3. I live in CO so Denver office will be the place I would go to

Thanks

You are fine. I have been layoff two times and unemployed about 14 months. I have had five jobs since PR. I had been aboard over 160 days. Some people who had arrest records got their citizenships anyway. When I had my interview, the IO didn't even question my employment history.

I don't see problems. Unemployment of five weeks is nothing. Go ahead fill out the application and file it.

You can see my interview experience at Las Vegas office in other thread. I am taking the oath this Friday.
