My citizenship interview is scheduled for next month, and I've realized I made mistakes on the form regarding my husband's marital history.
1. I only provided details of his first marriage, including spouse and divorce information along with a copy of the decree. I omitted his second marriage, which was an arranged religious marriage not registered in his county and annulled as it was never recognized by court. We have the documents from court.
2. From his first marriage, he has two minor children whom I didn't include in the application since I haven't adopted them, interacted with them, or seen them. However, I'm aware my husband pays child support for them monthly.
With 40 days left until the N400 interview, I'm anxious that these errors might lead to a denial of my application.
