N-400 Part 5 Information about Parents Questions

Just want to be sure that my application is completed correctly.
For Part 5 of the N-400 Application, if I select that my mother and father are NOT US citizens do I have to answer the questions for "B" where it asks Country of Birth and Date of Birth of mother and father?
 
Newacct- thank you for responding. I didn't think so but hearing it from someone else makes me feel more confident sending it out Monday!!
