N-400 List of Trips

Hi guys,

A freind case: His understand in trip list as final destination and he didn't know about mentioning to the Transit/Airport in N-400.

Does that effect the case? Does this need a further step? or do step required prior to the interview? One of the transits more than 24 hrs.

Nobody cares about airport transits. I doubt the stopover longer than 24 hours will be an issue, but your friend can mention that one at the interview if he wants.

Thanks a lot Cafecoleche for answering the question.

Does he need to hire an attorney to request kinda correction in his application? Because it was misunderstood and the stayed in a hotel?
 
Nope. He can just mention he forgot a long transit. It'd be up to the IO to amend the application. IOs take notes and write all over N400 applications.
