This thread is intended to help people willing to file multiple I-140\'s from different employers. Its important to be on safe side in this economy
To start, let me post the first question!
Can somebody file multiple I-140\'s from different employers in same or different service centers? I am working for a company on H1B and got my labor approved. They are about to file my I-140 and they will be filing a 485 after that. To be on safe side, I am willing to file another labor at a different state with a different employer. I would like to file a separate I-140 based on the new labor and do consuler processing based on that I-140.
Is it possible? Any issues? Anything to care about?
