My wife and I entered the DV2008 from South Africa. I have a hypothetical question. Both of us are leaving for Canada in August 2007. We will start our masters studies there this Fall. Luckily we have given a forwarding adress of family in USA to KCC. My question is can we do our CP in Canada, that is if we win the lottery? I will appreciate the help. We just want to collect all documents before we leave. It will save time and money.
