mistake in 129 and 539

My current H1b(797) petition and visa is expiring on Sep30 and i94 expiring on october 10. My wife i94 and visa is expiring on sep. 30.
my company filed h1b and h4 extension in premium processing and got the approval and new I94 for me and my wife.
Company lawyer did a mistake while filing i129 and 539, mistakenly specified renewal start date as october 11, I got the approved petition and I94 for me and my wife from October 11 2008 to oct 10 2011 for me and my wife.

How to correct the start date in 797a and i94 for my self and my wife
 
If the mistake rests with improper filing form, i think you might have to file amended I-129/539. Make sure you have LCA valid for this period
