Missouri service center?

If you filed I-130 at the same time as I-485 they both get processed at the interview, so look at the date for I-485.

dr_Iha: First of all let me congratulate you on receiving your Green Card. Your process was really fast (less than 6 months). I guess Philadelphia DO work pretty fast. My DO is Charleston, SC and currently they are processing applications with receipt notice date of 05/16/06. BELOW IS MY TIME LINE

05/01/06: F1 Student married to USC

1. 07/24/06: All Application were sent out supposedly.
2. 08/02/06: USCIS website posted a comment stating that they received the applications that I sent out on 07/24/2006
3. 08/11/2006: I received a letter from DHS advising to go to Charlotte for Biometrics. The date for Biometrics was 08/30/06.
4. 08/25/06: Exactly two weeks later, I received another letter from USCIS requesting for additional evidence and I'm like 'wtf'. All processing will be on hold pending when they receive their request. They were requesting another I-864, I-693, letter from my spouse current job stating how much she earned bla bla bla.

Note: When I sent in my application initially, I did not include the I-693 (medical exams) because I thought USCIS would request for it ONLY when they need it but I did send a completed I-864 so you can imagine how I felt when I got the RFE letter for another I-864.

5. 08/30/06: Went to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Biometrics regardless of the processing hold stated in the RFE letter.
6. 10/17/06: Went for various test including HIV (Phew, your boi tested -ive).
7. 11/04/06: Mailed test results (I-693) with more evidence to USCIS.
8. 11/13/06: Comment was posted on website stating that initial evidence has been received and processing has resumed. I should expect to hear from them within 60days.
9. 12/01/06: Received email stating that EAD has been ordered.
10.12/05/06: Received email stating that approval notice has been sent.
11.12/07/06: Received EAD valid for 1 year but it was back dated starting from 11/28/06-11/27/07. I'm guessing my approval was more like in November hence the back date on the card. Also, since I received my card, the online status of my applications has been updated thrice (just the dates). My question is: Will the RFE delay my processing time now? It took exactly 90 days after my biometrics were taken(08/30/06-11/30/06) to get the email stating that my card has been ordered. Now since USCIS is stating that RFE was received on 11/13/06, should I start counting from that day? Since my DO is currently processing ND of 05/16/06 and my RFE was received 11/13/06; will I be right to say that I should expect a letter say in 03/26/07 or would USCIS go with my original ND of 08/02/06 and not RFE date of 11/13/06? Finally, since I have received my EAD does it mean my FBI check went through?

Just wanted to check if anyone got their EAD approved recently from Missouri Service center ? How long does it normally take from here, would be helpful if you can post.

My EAD application Dates

RD: 11/13

Biometrics: 11/27

name_struck:My applications are also being processed at the missouri service centre aka National Benefits Centre.I just received my EAD on 12/07/06. It took exactly 90 days from when I had my biometrics done (08/30/06) in Charlotte, NC. USCIS emailed me on 12/01/06 saying that they had ordered production of my new card. on 12/05/06 another email was sent stating that my I-765 approval notice has been mailed; then on 12/07/06, I received the approval notice with the card in it.Goodluck!

Thanks Emekka and Kitoko for posting the information. I always used to get my EAD in 1 day at the local office but now they changes the rules and i had to apply to MSC so i was worried.
