    Dear forum members,
Can you please let me know what is the minimum age for an applicant to be eligible for any type of the US student visa. The issue is that I'm a permanent resident (GC holder) for a year so far, came from Canada, and wish my 4year old nephew to study in the local elementary school (whether private or public, no matter) or at least to study ESL in Texas, Dallas city area where I live. I can provide full financial support for him, he is not from the visa waivers' country
    Thanks a lot,
    Ilya
