Min Job Req for EB2 - MS+0/BS+5 will hold good for DOL and USCIS ?

Hi ,
I hv my Master's in CS from US. My Employer have set MS+0/BS+5 as minimum Job req for the position (as all my peers in th team are ver experienced and they have min BS+8 oof experience) . Can i be categorized as EB2 for GC? I heard from some people that DOL no longer accepts this Min req of MS+0/BS+5 and possibility of denial is high. is this true? Can u please clarify whether can i be filed under EB2?

You probably can be categorized as EB2 (assuming you graduated before being hired by this employer). I'm not sure about MS+0, but I got approved with MS+2 just very recently.
