I got a fax from Michigan Sesa that my EB-2 RIR has been forwarded to Chicago on July 31st. My P.D is Jan 15th.

Cool, u r moving in pretty fast huh? Is this the same guy who was in \'92 batch, from MIT,Pune? Mine is still in MI-SESA,RD:Apr\'24\'2001!!

How are the labor certification processing going on for Michigan

Any news about the current state in Michigan LC? I applied in May which I checked the papers what I got from my attorney. Are they processing in the same pace or has it slowed down after the incident on Sept 11th.

They haven\'t reached April\'s applications yet.

Mine was sent to MI SESA on April 5th. And I talked to a legal assistant this morning. He told me that mine was still in MI SESA.

Whats the telephone number of MI SESA now?

Their office i guess has shifted.
The new telephone number 313-456-3004 always seems like a fax machine or a modem.
Anyone have their number?
The last time i talked to someone there ...they were on Feb 2001 for RIR.
Any updates?

thanks that worked. 3004 is their fax.
again they confirmed that cases till march 2001 RIR are being processed.
but so are cases of october 2000 RIR.
anyone care to shed some light?
