Hello, My fiance is from England and has been approved initially for an I-129 F visa. However when he received his materials from the London embassy they did not send him the information he needs to set up a medical exam before his interview on Dec. 4. I am wondering how I can get this form (IV-18, I believe) as my fiance can't seem to get anyone at the embassy to mail it out. Do you have any access to that information, such as which London doctors are acceptable, or do you know where I can get it? I have checked the Embassy website numerous times but, unlike almost all of the other worldwide embassies, London doesn't list the accepted doctors. Let me know what you think.
