On the same lines as my above question on the I-140 revocation, can you please provide your inputs on the below?
- Incase the old employer revokes the I-140 before my H1B transfer from the new Employer is approved will it be an issue on my new H1 Transfer?
- Incase the H1 Transfer is independent of the I-140 revocation would we get the H1 transfer also for 3 years from the day of approval or will it be only for the reminder period of the previous H1 renewal that was based of the I-140 approval after 6 years of H1B? i.e if I got extension for 3 Years from Employer A and am already 1 year into that extension will my H1 Transfer to Employer B be for additional 3 years from the day of approval of the H1 Transfer or only the remainder 2 years of my initial H1B renewal from Employer A?
