Married 1999 in India. Filed I-130. Unfortuntely it was too late for Kvisa. Spouse had interview in 09/01 and another in 2/02.
The case was denied since she could not prove our marraige. The case was sent back to USA. We were preparing to fight the decision but their family decided to end the marraige instead, claiming their daughter was going to have to wait long time and getting too old. Divorce was finalized.
I could not convince them to hang in there.
I am going to India again to find another spouse. Hopefully she passes the interview etc...
My question is how should I prepare for this? go with lawyer? will the case be difficult? Do I need to worry about previous case.
What is the best way to proceed with this so I don't have much problems.
also I have read about DCF in Delhi, should I file that while I am there?
