I am preparing to apply for the Canada PR, but not sure how to complete the part on the location of my application.
I'm an H1B holder in my 6th years and no GC in the US. I am citizen of Malaysia. I will probably leave US once my visa is up early next year. Should I apply from US or Malaysia? Can I apply from US, and later when I leave US to go back to Malaysia, tell them to update my address to Malaysia?
