Hi Sir,
I am working with client company full time job. My priority date is APRIL 2013. I have applied my i485 SEPT 2022 and also got an EAD on JAN 2023. My company is in location new York but thinking to move to Location Atlanta with report option with same company. I have not got GC but got EAD. Will be any issue because my i140 applied with same company but location New York and want to move to Atlanta. Will my Attorney going say until GC you should work in New York only if not we have to do PERM, i140 again with Atlanta location? I want to know what are the legally things need to be followed if I move to Atlanta from New York with Same job and same company?
