I had got my H1B stamped in November 2015 and i had got it for a year .I travelled to New York in Jan 2016 , worked for a couple of months and came back to India after that . I have a couple of paystubs with me from US .I am now in Toronto working in a company that has offices in USA .Could you please answer the below questions .
1. If my company ( less than 25 employees in the US ) wants me to hire me -Am I eligible to work for the remaining 5 years and 9 months ?
2. What is the type of application/process that the company needs to file to USCIS
3. Apart from the lawyer fees (which varies from law firm to law firm) what is the cost that USCIS/US government takes
4. How much time does it take from start to finish after which I can start working for the company .
5 . Are there any rejections in this case
