LC Substitution/PERM or go back to home

My 2003 Labor with my employer A is in Backlog center , and may get denied anytime soon, I completed my 6 year H1 in 2006 and I'm on extension which is valid till Aug 2007.

I need suggestion on what are my best available options to maintain my status in US

Go for another substitite labour ?
FIle a PERM with a New Employer as the existing employer has queries by INS already ?
Wait until the denial of labour and go back to my Home country ?

If I am not wrong you can apply for one more 1yr extension now as you can apply it before 6 months of H1 expiry.
