I have been waiting with my company to file my Green Card and every time there has been some one laid off and i have to wait for 6 months.
Companies always do cut down people and how can there be no lay offs at all.
I have some friends who work for other companies and got their Labor filed inspite of the Reduction in Work force. What should i do now, as im almost about to end my 5th year of H1B.
