Hi guys,
I request a sincere advice from you guys.
I have come to United States sometime this march on a L1 B Blanket visa from Company A. Fortunately my H1 B visa is picked up in lottery and being processed by a Company B.
Whats my take now? I have a stamped L1 b visa on which i am staying in US and an approved H1 B petetion.
Do i have any issues if i start working with my Company B from october first 2007 without getting my H1 B Stamped?
I will get it stamped sometime later when i visit india.....
Is it possible?
Do i have any risk in doing this?
Pls help me with your valuable suggestions.
