I am interested in any information that will help me to be understand all immigration laws.So can have my fiancee here in the US with me. She lives in the philipines. Any information about how long this takes once the forms have been sent and how long after till she would be allowed here in the US. Thankyou for all information

it usually takes about a year to get it but it just depends where you file it at i have a fiancee in mexico and we have a newborn baby here with me and he just has to wait until they get to his application.
