Situation:
I start dating my fiancee September 2012 and she and with my big family 20+ people travel
for 2 weeks long holiday and have a lot of family reunion photos with her.
And i have spend almost 5 months with her overseas and once i am in usa
we email each other often. (i know the rule of dating her 2 years before apply
for K1 but my family know them before)
I applied for citizen on march and probably will be citizen by july and
we will have wedding celebration on December 2013.
What will be the best scenario of bring her to USA? K1? K3?
will photo/family fiancee dinner help in applying K1?
or I apply K1 first then change to K3 later?

Also since I can stay oversea and work from oversea, may be I can just stay oversea and apply citizenship for the baby
once the baby born?

No you cannot convert a K1 to a K3. If you enter the US using the K1 when you are already married you are committing immigration fraud and could be denied your Green Card when you apply for adjustment of status. Since are now married you husband has to file an I-130 petition for you, then after that he can file K3 petition. The process will take at least 6 to 12 months.
