I came to US on tourist Visa - got a job - received H1B approval notice - and have been working with Company A for the past 20 months. But I never had a chance to go to India for H1B Visa Stamping. Now I have another job offer from Company B - and I am wondering that if Company B applies for my H1B Transfer than will it matter that I do not have H1B stamping on my passport. What should I do? What is the best alternative? Kindly advice.

Also if your suggestion will be to go India and get H1B stamping done - then my concern is regarding the following -
 1) that I had been working on paycut for Company A for the past 6 months and recently got my pay back to normal
 2) that It\'s been 20 months (more than a year) without H1B Stamping

So will either of the above two issues effect my case if I decide to go for H1B Stamping before the new Company B applies for H1B transfer. If yes then what should I do to make my case stronger.

Kindly suggest me.
