Congrats on getting over with the GC CP process.
My interview may be in April. but the marriage is not finalised yet. There are different possibilties. Pls inform how should anybody handle that situation. This info may be helpful for all those combing CP and marriage.
Stuation 1: Spouse doesn\'t have passport.
In this case, is it better to submit the P3 to Channai consulate and keep waiting for the passport. Is PCC needed in this case?
Situation 2: Spouse has the passport taken a couple of years ago.in this case, what is the procedure for applying for PCC from RPO. generally how long does it take to get the PCC from RPO.
