Hello,
I come from Thailand. I'm on J-1 Internship student and I used to come here as J-1 work and travel student on 2005 and B1/B2 visa on 2006
I have some Questions regarding the J-1 Visa Waiver recommendation Application on number 12.
- "List all exchange vistor programs in which you participated, beginning with the first program"--Do I need to write all exchage visitor program starting from
J-1 work and travel student? If yes, now I cant find my DS-2019 from J-1 Work and travel student but I still have the visa(cancelled without prejudice)
Can I use it as a copied instead of DS-2019?
On number 13
- "Is there any period of time in the US that is not covered by your DS-2019/IAP-66"--I used to come here on 2006 as B1/B2 visa, do I need to write it down on number 13?
If yes, what should I write on explain below
