Hi Friends,

I am a J1 visa holder. I am about to send NORI application forms to India. I have looked into the HRD, New Delhi Web site and found the address. But there are so many people, I am confused to whom actually I should sent the application (who is looking after all these issues there).

I believe I should not sent to any political person, may be higher education secratary, but I really don't know to whom.

I believe there are so many people around who has already got NORI cleared from INDIA gov., some please help me out here. Please let me know actually which address I should sent the application as well as to whom (for exampe: higher education secratary etc.)
