I have a question for u guys
I was told that if you get approved for a j1 waiver-u have to work at the sponsoring facility for 1 day and your visa changes from j1 to h1.
then you can quit your job there and work as an h1b physician in a HPSA for 3 yrs.
I am asking this because it is easier to find a job as an h1-after a friend sponsors you for a waiver
