The affidavit for waiver application says
Exchange programme was sponsored by the governmentof/agenciesof_______and financed by the governmentof/agencies of government of_________. I am not sure what to put at dash spaces
. I have taken a transfer from another insitution and I am being paid by them but not by U.S governement , I am being paid by the university so should I put there name in dash spaces.
Please help
