Hello J-1 experts or victims. Here is my problem:
Filed a data sheet with the Department of State for a waiver based on hardship. Then filed the I-612 form with the INS after I got my number from the DOS.
I was told that it takes 60 days from the INS office, but the Department of State says it takes 6 months. Which one is it. How does the procedure work. Thanks in advance.
