I am an exchange student from France and I study business at San José state with a visa J1 which expires in May.
I owuld like to create my company right here, in the Silicon Valley, I know that legally I can be a shareholder even the main one but as a non citizen I will not get paid and my company will not be a reason why I should stay to the US regarding the immigration laws.
What Can I do ???
