Is there hope for a Canadian Registered Dental Hygienist to work in the USA?

Is there a visa that would make this possible? Wondering if my SO should bother writing the US boards.

Definitely not TN. Unlikely H1-B either, since it is unlikely that the job would require a bachelor's degree, which is generally the minimum for a job to qualify for H1-B. (If you have a bachelor's, the ask on the H1-B forum for clearer opinions.

But that position is not eligible for TN.
