Is the Pay Check of H1b Processing Fee for 20000 Exempt the same as that of 65000?

Hi:

My package was resent to VT for 20000 Exempt application.

The pay checks are still the same.

I want to make sure if the two applications have the same receiver title, like "USCIC ..." and exactly the same ammounts. If so that will be ok at this level.
