Is DCF better or old petition ....Please help

Hello,
I got married in Dec 2004.My wife was Green Card holder at that time.We had filed I-130 at Vermont in Feb 2005.Now my wife has got US Citizenship in October 2005.
My question is how can i put my file to current status ? and how long can it take to process the whole thing.
She is coming to India in Dec 2005 , so is it a better option to file at Delhi (DCF) ???? or is it better to upgrade the existing petition.Which is the better option????

From what I have hear, filing DCF at Delhi is faster if you starting from scratch. I am going to be doing this for my wife.

If you check USCIS website they tell you how to update your application when the person sponsoring you (your wife) becomes a US citizen.

Thanks for the reply.I did updated the file, through INS on phone.
But still have litte doubt related the delhi filing or continuiing the existing file.
