Info wanted regarding green card sponsorship for parents

Hello,
I got my green card through my employer about a year back. I am married to a US citizen.

I want to sponsor my parents for a green card.

The question is,

Should I apply for their green card now (while I am still a green card holder)

or

should I wait until I become a US citizen and then apply for their green cards.

Which would be a faster route ?

Any inputs to this would be greatly appreciated !!!
 
You cant sponsor for your parents while on GC.
You can only do that when you are a US Citizen...
