Hi -
I am about to change my jobs while in H1.
While doing the H1 transfer - the attorney had got my name wrong (first name and last names are ok , but they inserted a middle name in the application).
I believe this would be an issue when I goto get my visa stamped at the embassy,
* What does it take to get a revised I-797A with a new name ? how long would it take ?
* With an inserted middle name like this - would my change of H1 sponsors be approved.
