Hi,

Situation is, father is a greencard holder and had applied for her unmarried daughter (living outside US) who was over 21 at the time of application. The category is specifically for unmarried son or daughter over 21 years of age. Now she has got married to someone who is on H1B and she got the H4 dependent visa and has come to the US. Question is, will her immigrant petition still be valid, as her status is now married?

Thank you
Vivek

Like you said yourself, the pettition was for unmarried child, and since she has gotten married, her situation has changed so she will not be eligible for that visa category anymor.

The I-130 died the day she was married. There is no category for married sons and daughters of permanent residents.
