I'm a Canadian UX Researcher working in tech. Am I eligible for a TN visa?

Hi,

I am a UX Researcher (user experience) working in tech in the US. I am currently on post-completion OPT after finishing my MA in psychology. Would I be eligible for the TN visa or would I need sponsorship for an H1b? The job can require some work with design concepts (prototyping, wireframing), but is more research-based.

Is your work typically done by a psychologist? If so, and if you are licensed in that state, then yes. Otherwise, no.,You would need an H1-B.
