Anyone here filed I140 in August 2006 Nebraska EB2 and are still PENDING Approval ?? for Their I140 approval please post your experience/updates

My EB2 concurrent case filed with NSC (not PP) - RD is Aug 10, with ND Aug 30 and LUD Aug 31 is still pending. The only new development was fingerprinting for I-485 done on Oct 31. I think it is too early to worry about that, they are working on end of June cases for I-140.

Filed I-140 in June 2006 -- just got approved

FYI, we filed our EB2 concurrent I-140/I-485 in June 2006. My husband wanted to pay for premium processing, in early February, but I told him to wait, and sure enough, his I-140 got approved after 8 months in late February 2007. :)

Now we wait for the I-485 to get approved.

There is no specific criteria to figure out how much time regular I-140 shall take. If you visit these forums and trackitt, you see that approval is taking around 200 to 230 days from the RD.

I hope that in coming 30 days, all of us who have filed in August will get approved. ;)
 
I filed I-140 and I-485 on Aug-23, 2006. Upgrated to Premium processing on Feb-28, 2007. As of today - no news:confused:
 
I filed my I140 on August 18 2006 /concurrent I485 LUD 9/11/2006. No finger print at all. Who should I ask? Why don't I have Finger Print mail?

I will advice to take an infopass appointment and find out about the details about FP notice.
 
I-140 approval time

How long will it take to approve I-140 at Nebraska now a days, my case EB-3 also filed in late August 2006, but not decided yet despite 6-7 LUDS.
 
My I-140 also filed in Aug 2006, but no LUD yet. Why are people working in NSC so slow? TSC is already finishing I-140s filed in the year 2007.

Hi prq20, I wonder if you have progress on your case? Did you take any infopass yet?

My case was filed on 8/10/06 with RD 8/28 and ND 8/30, FP 10/27, EAD 11/13but so far no further action on I140 (NSC).
 
Why? Why? Why? Why are you so slow NSC?
Guys, do you know of any case where I140 filed after Aug 2006 got approved without doing premium?

I had an infopass on March 30th and results have been detailed in my signature.
I am planning to upgrade to PP for I-140, maybe they will not touch our cases even after 8 months of receipt.
