Hi
I got my I140 approved sep 2016 from my previous Employer A (approved at texas service center). But I am now with employer B. My manager at Employer A is saying that he will revoke my I140. below are my doubts please help.
1. If Employer A revokes my I140 ie, < 180 days from approval. will I loose priority date?
2. If I can still have priority date but I have only 2 yrs left on my H1b for all 6 yrs to get completed. can I apply for H1B extension with the revoked I140 ? Is there any other way to extend my H1B past 6 yrs ? Do I have to go back to India?
