I140 from last to last employer.

Hi,

I have I-140 from my last employer A, when I joined existing employer B I received 3 year extension based on I-140 from employer A.

If I change my job to employer C, will I be able to use I-140 from employer A for H1 extension and GC date porting as employer B has not yet applied for PERM.

Please let me know.

As long as your old employer has not revoked your I-140 you should be able to use it for subsequent extensions.

can you help me too with a similar question

a) I have approved I140 with employer A. they had not revoked my I140
b) I joined Employer B and applied Perm and I140. In this process i also ported the date. i am due to get I140 approved soon
c) I plan to now leave Employer B and join a new firm and they revoke the I140 which they file

in future can i still use my first I140 to get 3 year extension
