I140 Approved!!!!!!!

After a long wait of almost a year, I saw online that my I140 (NIW) was approved.
So looks like TSC is moving on these cases.
Here are my details:
ND: 8 nov 2002
AD: 30 Sep 2003
EB2 (NIW) nonconcurrent filing
self-petition

So good luck for those still waiting.
Should not be too long now.....

Could you give us more detail about your case if you don't mind.

I have NIW case pending on TSC as well. I just want to see my chances to get approval.

Since this web site has been a useful resource for me. I want to let people like me know the My case has been just APPROOOOOOOVED :) after Sevvvvvventeeeeeeen months :confused: !!!

I-140 NIW TSC RD 12/17/2002, AP 5/5/2004 (status found online), NO RFE!
I485 4/7/2003, Pending
EAD RD 4/7/2003, AP 7/30/2003

I could not believe it.. an I-140 approved.... I thought it was a joke at first.

EB3 I-140 processing time, non concurrent?

I have my LC approved and am about to apply for I-140 non concurrent, wondering how long it's taking. Thanks.
 
It actually took me 21 months

Saathiya, just want you to know. The INS made a mistake on updating online status of my case. My I-140 was actually approved last month (September). It took 21 months!!! You are right, captainr, I should not have believed the online status.

However, I guess the 2003 filers are much quicker. You never know what will happen to 2004 filers. Good luck!
 
what is your 140 date and what is the confusion you have written about online message..
I rely on online message ..My lawyer is a Real Moron..who keeps telling his old stories...

Give your 140 dates/cp or cc..

mine is in OCt 03 file..
