60 days is pass my mother didnt receive any email from the USCIS
what can i do next? call the 1800-375-5283 or there are other number the i can call for help?
 
what information the 2nd level officer need me to prove?

i got a number from them like have 15 digit, the officer say the USCIS will contact me in 30 day,what are those digit for??(the 15digit include number and letter )
